For any college experience to be complete, learning must extend beyond the classroom. At Three Rivers Community College, students can participate in clubs, volunteer and service learning activities, student government, honor societies, and many other organizations. Trips, cultural activities and other special events are held all year long by the Office of Student Programs, as well as the Three Rivers College Foundation. Three Rivers Community College Campus

The campus is located at 574 New London Turnpike, Norwich. It is readily accessible from Route 2 and from Interstate 395 (Exit 80 East). The College occupies a two-story complex housing classrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria, library, a career services and placement center and well-equipped laboratories for physics, chemistry, computers, CAD, electricity, electronics, design, materials testing, metallurgy, manufacturing, photonics, and other engineering support activities. These laboratories provide an extensive opportunity for the study and application of the nursing, computer, scientific and engineering principles learned in the classrooms.

Located in southeastern Connecticut, Norwich is a vibrant community with a beautiful harbor on the convergence of the Thames, Shetucket, and Yantic Rivers. Norwich boasts outstanding cultural attractions including two museums and numerous festivals, as well as an excellent public education system which includes Norwich Free Academy.

Recent developments in Norwich include the opening of Dodd Stadium, which serves as home for a professional AA baseball team the Norwich Navigators, a state-of-the-art municipal ice skating rink, and a complete renovation of our distinguished City Hall.
